Our Story

Mestia Villas was established in 2022 to offer guests a peaceful and comfortable stay in the heart of Svaneti. Our three private cottages combine modern comfort with the authentic atmosphere of Mestia, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.

Each cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms, a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. For year-round comfort, every cottage is equipped with central heating, a traditional wood-burning stove, and air conditioning. Guests also have access to a charming private gazebo with a fireplace — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Svaneti.
